Payment Methods

Credit Card	Only VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX and Union Pay cards are accepted. 1) This payment method is provided by Eximbay and KG Mobilians is billed as www.eximbay.com / www.mobilians.co.kr. 2) Note: Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM. Cooperation cards may not be accepted if the name of the cardholder and the person who tries to proceed with the payment do not match. In this case, please proceed with the payment via Bank Transfer or at the on-site registration desk.
Bank Transfer	Registration fee should be transmitted under the registrant’s name. Participants who proceed with the payment via Bank Transfer are requested to submit the remittance slip to the secretariat via email (secretairat@dfhm9.org). Bank charge for remittance should be paid by the registrant. Registration fee should be transmitted within 10 days after submitting the online registration form.

Cancellation

Cancellations received on or before March 30, 2027 (Early Registration deadline): 100% refund
Cancellations received from March 31 to May 15, 2027 (Standard/Regular Registration period): 50% refund
Cancellations received on and after May 16, 2027: No refund
All refunds will be processed after deduction of any non-refundable transaction charges.
Cancellations or changes of registration should be sent in writing to the secretariat (secretairat@dfhm9.org)
